On February 21, 2026 Trump posted the following on Truth Social:
Netflix should fire racist, Trump Deranged Susan Rice, IMMEDIATELY, or pay the consequences. She's got no talent or skills - Purely a political hack! HER POWER IS GONE, AND WILL NEVER BE BACK. How much is she being paid, and for what??? Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DJT
Along with the post, Trump included the following, earlier in the day post on X from Laura Loomer:
Netflix @netflix Board Member Susan Rice @AmbassadorRice says corporations who took a "knee to Trump" will face an "accountability agenda" from elected Democrats if they win the midterms in 2026 and the 2028 Presidential election.
Does Netflix stand by their Board Member threatening half of the country with weaponized government and political retribution for choosing who they wanted to vote for as President?
This is as anti-American as it gets, and Netflix is proving everyday they are an anti-American, WOKE company.
Rice is basically openly saying that Democrats will go after anyone and everyone who supported President Trump, embracing weaponized lawfare against potentially millions of Americans.
Making this more horrifying is the fact that if the Netflix-Warner Bros. merger is approved, positive messaging of the Democrats' upcoming witch hunts against Trump from Barack Hussein Obama @BarackObama and his anti-White racist wife Michelle @MichelleObama would likely be blasted across all streaming services as the Obamas' Higher Ground Productions continues to grow within Netflix.
The Netflix-Warner Bros. merger would result in a streaming monopoly, which the Obamas will have a significant stake in.

Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos responded by saying:
He [Trump] likes to do a lot of things on social media. This is a business deal. It's not a political deal. This deal is run by the Department of Justice in the U.S. and regulators throughout Europe and around the world.
Commentary:
It's well know that Loomer is a far-right political activist, conspiracy theorist, and internet personality.
Loomer's statement about Rice "threatening half of the country with weaponized government and political retribution" is total B.S. Rice wasn't "threatening" anything. Rice was simply stating an opinion about what might happen when Democrats once again have political control of the U.S. government.
Trump said "HER POWER IS GONE," which is true in the sense that Rice no long holds a government position of power. If someone's power is gone, which means you have no power to follow through on a threat, then how can something they say be a threat?
What Rice said is no threat to anyone or anything. This is just another case of Laura Loomer and Donald Trump doing what they do best by spreading lies, disinformation, and conspiracy theories.
Loomer rails about "positive messaging of the Democrats' upcoming witch hunts against Trump" from Barack Obama and his wife Michelle. How would any potential "witch hunts" or programming by the Obama's on Netflix differ from the the long-term, ever-present, ongoing stream of far-right conservative messaging that is spewed from Fox News and their cadre of political pundits (like Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham) day after day, year after year. Why isn't Loomer complaining about that? Without explicitly saying it her message is, "It's OK for right-wing media to spew out propaganda, but it's not OK for liberal media to counter with messaging of their own."
What is astronomically hypocritical is Loomer's statement suggesting that Trump "must kill the Netflix-Warner Bros. merger now." If Trump follows through and makes Netflix "pay the consequences," this would be yet another case of "weaponized government and political retribution" carried out by Trump and his administration - the exact same thing Loomer is railing about, yet suggesting Trump should do!
It's clear that Loomer, Trump, and all of Trump's sycophants are so blinded by their "Trumpism" that they can't see this. They are so caught up in their own righteousness, they are so deep into the cult of Trump that, once again, as I've pointed out countless times, they are not able to see objective reality.
Trump refers to Susan Rice as "Trump Deranged." Trump and MAGA like to label liberals with "Trump Derangement Syndrome" because it's an expedient way to dismiss things liberals say. Well, guess what, MAGA and all of Trump's sycophant supporters have "derangement" syndromes of their own, which, until now, have yet to be named.
It's painfully clear to everyone that the overwhelming majority of Republicans in Congress have "Fear of Trump Syndrome" because they are, quite literally, afraid to do or say anything that might upset Trump. The majority of Trump supporters, I contend, have something called "Objective Reality Denial Syndrome," "Lack of Critical Thinking Syndrome," and "Hypocritical Derangement Syndrome." I could go on, but I have better things to do with my time.
Laura Loomer is bonkers and she's nuts, just like Trump.
