At a town hall meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada, Scott Walker announced a plan entitled "Power to the People - Not the Union Bosses".

Walker's plan prevents federal workers from collectively bargaining, creates a national right-to-work law, and eliminates the National Labor Relations Board.
