Canada Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Doctor-Assisted Suicide

Feb 6, 2015:

The Canadian Supreme Court ruled unanimously that doctor-assisted suicide is legal for "competent adults who are suffering intolerably from a grievous and irremediable medical condition", which overturns a ban established in 1993.
