Responding to a 911 domestic violence call, Chicago police shot and killed Quintonio LeGrier, a 19-year-old black male. A 55-year-old downstairs neighbor, Bettie Jones, a black female and mother of five children, was accidentally shot by Chicago police as well. The shootings took place in West Garfield Park.
