Los Angeles Police shot and killed Charly Leundeu Keunang (know as "Africa") on Skid Row in Los Angeles when he reportedly resisted arrest. Video shot by a bystander (watch the video in the link below) shows four officers wrestling Charly to the ground, and then five gunshots are heard. Officers say that Charly reached for one of the officers guns. Two other officers were present and engaged in subduing a woman who had grabbed one of the officers nightsticks.
