Marjorie Taylor Greene Responds to Trump's F-Bomb Easter Day Post Threatening Iran

On April 5, 2026, Donald Trump posted the following on Truth Social:

Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Fuckin' Strait, you crazy bastards, or you'll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP

Later in the day, former U.S. House Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene responded by posting the following on X:

On Easter morning, this is what President Trump posted.

Everyone in his administration that claims to be a Christian needs to fall on their knees and beg forgiveness from God and stop worshipping the President and intervene in Trump's madness.

I know all of you and him and he has gone insane, and all of you are complicit.
I'm not defending Iran but let's be honest about all of this.

The Strait is closed because the US and Israel started the unprovoked war against Iran based on the same nuclear lies they've been telling for decades, that any moment Iran would develop a nuclear weapon.

You know who has nuclear weapons? Israel. They are more than capable of defending themselves without the US having to fight their wars, kill innocent people and children, and pay for it.

Trump threatening to bomb power plants and bridges hurts the Iranian people, the very people Trump claimed he was freeing.

On Easter, of all days, we as Christians should be reminded that the son of God died and rose from the grave so that we can be forgiven once and for all of our sins. Jesus commanded us to love one another and forgive one another. Even our enemies.
Our President is not a Christian and his words and actions should not be supported by Christians.

Christians in the administration should be pursuing peace. Urging the President to make peace. Not escalating war that is hurting people.

This NOT what we promised the American people when they overwhelmingly voted in 2024, I know, I was there more than most.

This is not making America great again, this is evil.

Commentary:

If Trump thinks using this kind of language and tactic is going to make Iran submit to his demands, he is sadly mistaken. This shows, once again, that Trump is completely and totally unqualified to be commander in chief.

I never thought I would see the day where I would be agreeing with Marjorie Taylor Greene on much of anything, but since she left her job as U.S. House Representative and is now physically removed from all of the yellow-bellied Trump sycophants in Congress, she has finally come to her senses and sees Trump as the pathetic, lying, con-man that he is.

Greene called Trump "insane," and that's precisely what he is.

Greene calls out the Trump administration for it's lies about Iran's "imminent" nuclear threat, referring to the war as "unprovoked," which is exactly what it is.

I have been seriously questioning the "Iran can't have a nuclear weapon" narrative for a long, long time. In an ideal world, a terrorist-supporting regime like the one that exists in Iran should not have a nuclear weapon, but we don't live in an ideal world.

Years ago, before North Korea had a nuclear weapon, a similar narrative was stated. According to Wikipedia , North Korea has 50 nuclear weapons and the ability to produce enough fissile material to make six to seven nuclear weapons per year. So what? The costs, logistics, and fallout of trying to keep North Korea from obtaining a nuclear weapon would have been astronomical.

Greene also notes that the Strait of Hormuz is closed because the U.S. and Israel started this war. Did you think Iran would just roll over and let their adversaries do whatever they want without repercussions? Only a fool like Trump would think that.

Greene rightly calls out Trump for threatening to bomb Iranian infrastructure. Besides hurting the Iranian people, that might constitute a crime against humanity.

Greene states "Our President is not a Christian and his words and actions should not be supported by Christians." If you're a Christian and you support Trump, I suggest you take a good, hard, long think about your reasons for your support. If you feel conflicted, which I suspect a high percentage do, then ask yourself why you feel conflicted. That feeling is telling you something, and for the sake of America and democracy I suggest you pay attention to that feeling.

Greene concludes by calling Trump's post "evil."

Trump's post is evil, insane, and "B-squared F" (beyond, beyond FUBAR). In other words, a reflection of Trump.

  1. Trump has kicked a hornets nest. Trump is solely responsible for this ongoing atrocity. Somehow other, saner people will hopefully intervene to keep trump from starting WW III. Article 25 anyone?
