Three Additional Former FBI Agents Sue Pam Bondi and Kash Patel

Today, March 31, 2026, three additional former FBI agents sued the FBI, FBI Director Kash Patel, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and Attorney General Pam Bondi.

In the court filing, plaintiffs Jamie Garman, Blaire Toleman, and Michelle Ball state that the lawsuit is being brought not only for themselves, but for all others who are "similarly situated:"

Plaintiffs seek to represent the following proposed class: All FBI employees who have been terminated since January 1, 2025, or who will be terminated, by Defendants on the basis of perceived political affiliation, without being afforded due process.

Earlier this month, two unnamed former FBI agents also sued the FBI, Patel, the DOJ, and Bondi. Read the court filing here.

Last year, on September 10, three former high-ranking FBI agents (Brian Driscoll, Steve Jensen, and Spencer Evans) also sued the FBI, Patel, the DOJ, and Bondi. Read the court filing here.

Last week at the annual CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference), Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the following about the FBI firings:

There is not a single man or woman [remaining] at the Department of Justice who had anything to do with those prosecutions.

Director Patel has cleaned house there too. There isn't a single man or woman with a gun — federal agent — still in that organization [the FBI] that had anything to do with the prosecution of President Trump.

Commentary:

I predict that a good percentage, if not all, of the lawsuits filed will be won by the plaintiffs.

Look no further than the statements made by Todd Blanche at CPAC last week as further evidence that the firings were politically motivated and not based on job performance. Blanche's statements show just how stupid he really is. What he said will surely be brought up during court hearings and at trials (if the cases go that far).

Blanche is a prime example of how Trump and his sycophants are so angry, so hell-bent on retribution, and so completely absorbed by "Trumpism" that they can't control their emotions and keep their mouths shut, even when speaking out hurts their case.

Bondi, Patel, and Blanche are just a bunch of stupid, idiotic clowns.
