Last month, Donald Trump attended the annual G7 Summit in France.

Just after (or just prioro) a group photo was taken, journalists captured a photo of Trump standing alone in the middle of about a dozen people, most of whom appeared to be engaged in conversation.

The photo is, by any account, rather awkward and it didn't go unnoticed online.

Commentary:

An April 29, 2026 HWR post entitled "Photographer Wins White House Correspondents' Association Journalism Award for Photo of Donald Trump" highlights a photo of Trump standing by himself in the Oval Office, appearing unaffected, while several other people attended to a man who had apparently just fainted and was on the floor.

We've all heard the expression "A picture says a thousand words." The G7 photo of Trump, much like the Oval Office photo, tells us so much about Trump.

I don't need to say any more. The photo says it all.
